After having worked in the lettings industry for the last ten years, for both tiny independent agencies and huge corporates, there's not much within the ever-changing lettings industry that I haven't seen. However, in the last few years, after taking over the helm of CGT Lettings Ltd, I have really embraced technology within my role and business and am now an avid lettings blogger and vlogger with over 50 blogs written and many videos posted on our company youtube.
I have also learned to embrace technology as a way to provide a better service, but also to find new clients.
I am a passionate advocate of the necessity of good letting agents and spend a great deal of time through free landlord seminars educating landlords in order to keep them safe from prosecution. Overall my passion is my industry and my team and I love developing the staff at CGT and seeing them achieve more every day.
